What do you add to your ramen, if anything? When I make ramen at home I usually add a bunch of other items like meat & veggies, depending on what?s available. But my go to is that about halfway through I drop in a cracked egg to poach. Then I add some fresh spinach, the flavor packet, & some soy sauce & hot sauce. Another thing I tried recently is I made some pickled eggs. And instead of a poached egg, I sliced a pickled egg & added that to my ramen with a tablespoon of pickle juice, plus all the other stuff I usually add. I don?t know if a pickled egg is a normal thing to add to ramen but it?s damn good.

I usually add the seasoning first, then the egg, post egg I drop in veggies and or meat and finally the noodles. Kielbasa and bell peppers go great together, broccoli is a good veggie too, corn can Goin with anything. Peas are hit and miss for me

Veggies and such, but Tofu for me too!

Soft tofu cubes into the broth while it's boiling to soak up the flavor.

Or firm tofu cubes grilled separately and then added when the soup is done.
