BREAKING BAD Star Aaron Paul Gives His Reaction to the Final Eight Episodes | Collider

It’s great. I don’t have a problem not telling people because I don’t want to ruin it for anybody. Everyone asks me, but they don’t really want to know, and I know that. It’s not that big of a deal. Before I read the final eight episodes, the final eight hours of the show, I was thinking to myself, ‘This is so tragic. I can’t believe this show is ending.’ I didn’t want it to end. But after knowing how the final eight hours play out, I couldn’t be happier with the way that it ended. Hopefully, you all agree, and I feel pretty confident you will agree.

Vince Gilligan says it's full speed ahead for the Saul Goodman spin-off - Movie News | JoBlo.com

VG: Those are the two big questions we ask ourselves -- is it a half hour or an hour, is it a prequel or a sequel? But having said that, I have to be coy as to whether it even could be a sequel. Because you never know, when the dust settles at the end of our final eight episodes, where everybody's gonna be and who's gonna be left standing. I can't even say for sure that it could be a sequel. It may be, it may not. - See more at: Vince Gilligan says it's full speed ahead for the Saul Goodman spin-off - Movie News | JoBlo.com

The Killing heading for the homestretch now? Seems too easy though.

Also, I just realized I went to school with someone in Season 2. And they were in 8 eps. Kinda weird only putting it together a year later. LOL

Aren't we only about halfway through the season? I'm thinking there's still a couple of twists up ahead.

I know my Killing. Pastor Mike is on the hook for something but there is a bigger reveal waiting in the wings. Man, such a good show. It's rare lately that I cannot wait for the next episode, this season has me anxiously waiting.

And I don't know about you guys, but the teaser for Breaking Bad that they showed, the one with Hank all shaky and on the verge of tears, really got me all charged up for the final 8. Man!!!!

I have very mixed feelings. I'm excited that it is almost here but I think I feel even worse that the end is near. I only started watching about six months ago and now it's almost over. I haven't had time to grieve!

For The Killing, I hope we don't get a big-reveal-letdown like S2's WTF. Needs to be more solid that: 'Hey it was the janitor. He tripped a light-switch and then A led to Z.' LOL

See Santi...that's why I think bingeing is WRONG. Lost is the perfect example. I suffered thru the whole thing, waiting for really long offseasons, writers strikes etc and because of that I was satisfied with the finale. When you binge you never really have time to digest and ruminate over what was and could have been. Or have to go week to week when a show like Lost hit it's Nikki and (?)Paula phase and is kind of sucking. If you didn't watch from the beginning I commend you for giving in and catching up, but I am not sure you get the full experience.

As far as The Killing...I could care less about the reveal. For me the show is about the chase and the relationship between 'Bugs' and Linden. To see her actually treating him as an equal and laughing with him, and him adopting some of her darkness was the best part of the season for me. The weird, almost WIRE-esque way that they are treating the secondary storyline with Seward and the rest of the death row cast is very pleasing too. Almost a show within a show. Personally I have to think that Bugs' other partner is there for a reason. And Linden's ex partner has a part to play in this too. Like I said...the chase man, the chase. Don't get all caught up in the outcome, enjoy the interplay between a pretty damned good cast.

The Killing has officially gone into my top 5. What an episode the other night. The ride-along with Pastor Mike...was incredible. Just really compelling. And honestly, I wasn't sure he wasn't going to kill her. And the Linden/Holder relationship is just really good stuff. I like the new 'Bugs'. Confident and starting to develop a bit of Holden's bad habits.

AND I KNOW WHO DID IT...

SPECULATIVE SPOILERS..

still here????

there is a reason why the girl at the bus station said that he could find her...because he is a COP. Know which one? I do.

SPOILER SPECULATION FOLLOW-UP: I agree 100% it's a cop, but it can go so many different ways. At first, I thought Skinner or Reddick, due to their closeness to the events of the case. But now I'm seeing it more as being either one of the death row guards. Becker is the more obvious "red herring" candidate, with the introduction of information by his wife that he's never home in the evenings, and hadn't been so in quite some time.

Add in the fact that Seward's father was able to sneak in the razor for Ray to try to kill Becker, and showed some significant disdain for him. Whereas the other guard, Henderson is the nice, quiet, seemingly responsible one....yet they've shown little or no information on his personal life. More importantly to me is, no matter who the serial killer is revealed as, how will they explain how Adrian knew where the bodies were?

But I agree 100% that the journey is far more important than the destination, and I am perfectly fine with all the red herring leads they throw our way each week, because it still is intriguing to see how they un-spin the web they've weaved towards that end, and those reveals don't really feel contrived at all. And for those who didn't know already, the producers of the show guaranteed there'd be no cliffhanger to season 3; they will close this story arc at the end of season 3 entirely. Hopefully this show is saved from the chopping block for a 4th season....it is quite deserving. After Breaking Bad and Mad Men, this is the best show in AMC's lineup (yes, even better than Justified and easily better than the cash cow The Walking Dead....although that is still good, stupid fun).

Well, there have only been two cops featured on the show besides Holder and Linden: Holder's supposed partner and Linden's former partner (as usual, I don't remember character names). If it is a cop, it is one of those two.

so how come no one got any video from Comic Con of the video snippet that was played? Man, I'm fiending to see that.

Finally started in on this. Got through the first disc of Season 1 last night.

You lucky, lucky bastard. You have no idea what is in store for you in the coming weeks. Do yourself a favor, however; VERY CAREFULLY avoid Wiki pages, Google image searches, etc re: Breaking Bad. You absolutely will NOT want to have any moments spoiled before experiencing them.

When Holder was beating the crap out of his partner, I noticed the partner had a big bandaid on his hand. Hmmm.
