Teeeeeeeeeeeeeeease!

All the hyperbole and a couple of the potential spoilers I have read lead me to believe that at least a few fan favorite characters will not make it to season 6. After all, that is how TWD has generated drama in past seasons.

AMC Reveals The Story Behind The Breaking Bad Spin-Off, Better Call Saul - Bleeding Cool Comic Book, Movie, TV News

The series is set six years before Saul Goodman meets Walter White. When we meet him, the man who will become Saul Goodman is known as Jimmy McGill, a small-time lawyer searching for his destiny, and, more immediately, hustling to make ends meet. Working alongside, and, often, against Jimmy, is “fixer” Mike Ehrmantraut, a beloved character introduced in ‘Breaking Bad.’ The series will track Jimmy’s transformation into Saul Goodman, the man who puts “criminal” in “Criminal lawyer.” The series’ tone is dramatic, wove with dark humor.

Seth Rogen offers peek into Preacher writers' room, reveals opening theme | Blastr

One of the greatest, darkest comics in history is finally coming to the small screen thanks to producer Seth Rogen ? and now he?s offered a peek into the writers' room of AMC's Preacher.

Rogen revealed a glimpse of the bulletin board in the writers' room, which includes mention of an opening song that should be very familiar to readers. The card confirms they?ll be using Willie Nelson?s ?Time of the Preacher,? which character Jesse Custer actually sings in the first issue of Preacher.

Hurm. Optimism abounds...as usual. And the new show runner is still employed, so maybe some stability. But, and this is SPOILERY

SPOILER

SPOILER

Although I wasn't there, from the pics I have seen, there was an absence. And if you watch the trailer carefully enough...well, those of you what know...it looks fairly obvious. That's gonna hurt. Really bad.

I was worried it was Glenn, who apparently I did not notice enough to remember the first time I watched that a few days ago, even though now he is all over that thing. I can live with it.
