Dude, maybe this is not the Thread. BUT, I have been watching Hap & Leonard third season 'cause I did read that book. That story deals with racism as ****, and that show is dealing with it!

It's darker than the first two. Ugh. Maybe. I shouldn't be so fixated with reading the book before the tv or movie.

But yeah, The Terror novel is also DARK for other reasons. Not racism, just, I might die, dark as ****, lol.

I have not watched HnL yet. Think I am gonna binge right b4 the finale'. Kinda remember that book was a little more EWWWW than the rest.

TWD had the worst season finale ever. It wasn't even good for a regular episode. Pure, predictable, anti-climactic cheese. Thankfully, it's a spot where I can stop for good and not feel like anything is hanging. I really hope Lauren Cohan is smart enough to bail.

Ha I'm two seasons behind but had what happened last night RUINED as I got up to get the remote after Into The Badlands ended (warped by the way) and Hardwick said it the first second Talking Dead started.

Skipped out on most of TWD this season so when... someone showed up on FearTWD I was pretty sure that a good thing was coming to an end after 3 fantastic seasons.

Last night's ep was... really unexpected. I read the interviews today about why that something had to happen, and I guess the days of 'give them moar money' are over?
