Disappointing to hear, but not surprising. The techniques/frame rate that Ang Lee used were originally shown on much different state of the art projectors, and I heard the results were stunning. I admire him for trying, as does the article, but it is odd to try to advance things using the outdated equipment that a standard theater uses. What's the point? You want to make a demo reel that's one thing, but an entire movie...

Technology and visuals aside, the preview I saw felt like a Lifetime movie. I was very confused to see the name Ang Lee, that title, and the football game cheese. I immediately thought,"Total Flop". No comprendo.
