All Things: Directors

Should be interesting. Waititi makes such little movies. But he isn't a little director post Thor. So, this project, which looks like it may prove to be a little less than mainstream...well, it should be interesting to see how a mainstream/unfamiliar audience processes it.

seven minute standing ovation...

Once Upon A Time

Felt burned by the Hateful 8 and am not looking for more of the same; a talking head snuff film. If you guys go, let me know if you like it, please.

As an aside: Love: Django, Jackie Brown, Inglorious Bastards, Pulp Fiction. Like: Reservoir Dogs (then again Mike Madsen/Chris Penn should be enough to put this in the love category but here we are), Hateful 8. Did not see: any Kill Bills.

Thank you, have fun. =)

I really despise that he felt he had to clarify what was painfully obvious. Also, I posted on this in Last Movie Watched and last time I checked nobody responded yea or nay, I'm not looking to stir that up, I am just wondering...I think everyone who posts here, even ______________________, is a above average lover of film. So I just want to know, did anyone see it? Is it a Q.T. thing primarily? I know he is polarizing. Genuinely interested.

Completely blown away with what Todd Phillips did with Joker. Whether you liked the movie or not, the complete change of pace compared to his previous movies is unlike anything I can remember seeing by a director.
