‘The Legend Of Tarzan’ Points To A Rich Vein Of Pulp Weirdness Hollywood Should Tap

Alexander Skarsgard is no Christopher Lambert, but this movie, like Lambert's Greystoke, are both solid pieces of work. I have seen a lot worse in the theaters and if as much careful consideration was given to other pulp properties...the sky is the limit. I truly wish someone would give Conan another try...I liked Jason Momoa's take on it, but not too many other folks did. If you get a chance to check it out(and you like pulp stuff) the Solomon Kane flick that came out some years back with James Purefoy was very entertaining. I really hope the upcoming Doc Savage flick furthers the cause.
