Gotta say Mob City heated up a little in hour 4. The 'banana in the tailpipe' thing was telegraphed from the jump, and the scene with Ed Burns in the cell bordered on comical(god he just sucks so bad...so amateurish...just takes any weight out of the character entirely) but it got a bit more interesting. The scenes with Milo Ventimiglia have been some of the better moments so far. If...they get another go, that's where the meat of the story should take place. Besides Knepper/Milo, the villians are laughable. Either buffoonish or straight out of stereotype central. The thing that irks me the most about this whole thing is that it is sooooooooo feather light as far as story and almost casual cartoonish in tone. Darabont is capable of SO much better and that is the big complaint.
