Annnnnnnd more soon to be cancelled 'delights'. Poor Bill Paxton. Man's gotta work. How do you make Training Day, one of the better films of it's kind...into such a stale looking stagnant doa entry?

Oh, and that Kevin James show will be a huge hit, further proving that tv is HORRRRRRRRRRRIBBBBBBBBBBBLLLLLLLE!!!!!!!

I have to give FOX the edge among the broadcast networks, because at least some of the stupid shows they have come up with look like they may be fun. As for these:

Training Day - Bill Paxton's jokey voice pretty much makes it impossible, as well as surfer cop on the secondary team. Also, Paxton says things that I am sure the screenwriter is proud of, but would never actually be said. Although I liked the Santa Claus line.

MacGyver - George Eads seems so awesome in the supporting role, it just makes it worse that the new MacGyver is a total tool.

All these remakes, especially the unnecessary ones (Training Day is just a (pseudo) gritty cop show like The Shield (it wishes); it can't be like the movie because of the turn in the movie) (Lethal Weapon - ummm dude is no (young) Mel Gibson, not by a country mile) (24 - What part of the Jack Bauer Power Hour do they not understand?) are an embarrassment.

So... How About that Survivor Finale last night? Why have a "reunion" if you only talk to 5 people? The Season should forever be known as 'Med-evac Season'.

Calling it now that the season is over... The Goldbergs is the 2015-2016 Season TV Comedy champion.

EDIT: Oh, and "Lethal Weapon" on FOX.... ARRGGGGGGHHHHH WHY!?!

That is pretty much how it has gone the last several years, along with the final tribal council bleeding into the beginning of the reunion hour. I was worried Aubry was going to win, even with one of her votes getting knocked out, but the outcome was excellent, especially the part where that spineless crying lunatic Tai got zero votes. I'd love to know at what point the final challenge was changed from an elimination to the vote removal thing. Also loved Aubry blowing that at the very last second.

I hope Caleb gets another chance; I thought he was a jackass on BB, but liked him here.

I have been loving the Goldbergs, but my heart belongs to the Huang family. Even the little brothers are stepping it up this year.

Gotta find a way to watch the first 2.5 seasons of the Goldbergs.

Probst mentioned they had been thinking about it for 7 years IIRC, so when they had 8 on the Jury, it was a good way to prevent any possible 4-4 ties.

I think after "GenX vs Millennials" it will be All-Star time. Did they not air these past 2 seasons out of order? I think Caleb might've already shot his season based on speculation online.

I was saying that I had a sneaking suspicion that the original plan was to do the last competition as an elimination, which would have created a jury of nine to pick from two people. Then they realized that a 9-0 sweep with Tai being the zero was not good television, so in came the twist. I don't know how the quiz show scandal rules apply to these shows, but there have been numerous times on Big Brother where a contestant the producers clearly love is in trouble of being eliminated and gets the exact kind of competition they need to bail them out.

I am pretty sure Caleb was still in the BB house when they would have filmed the fall season (or was he from the year before?). There is a lead time in filming, which allowed Russell to play two seasons in a row without the people on the second season knowing who he was, but I don't think it is enough to have two seasons completely in the can at once.

Still waiting to see what is going on with Limitless coming back or not. So much better than it should have been.

The Flash Season Finale was pretty good last night. I made the right call on who was in the Iron Mask too! :)
