I told [MENTION=3543]TooCool[/MENTION] that the terrorist high schooler is gonna turn out to be like 30 and that teacher is good as dead.
 
Despite the glaring lack of Jack Bauer, I really enjoyed the first two episodes of the new 24. They felt very 24, and the new guy is pretty good, except that he is not Jack Bauer. Liked how his wife/girlfriend dropped the mirror out to distract the baddies. Good thing dude has cheap chairs though. Must be from Ikea. Robbing the police station was a little ludicrous though, but I will live with it.
 
The action for 24 Legacy needs to pick up. There's too much talking and too little action. When they have gun fights, they barely last a minute. It's cool that they established Eric Carter as a bad ass in the first two episodes.. but since then, he's done nothing.

I didn't even watch last night. Some of the things they have Carter doing - breaking into a police station, stealing classified designs, etc. - just lost me. It is just too far fetched. Maybe having Jack Bauer do it made it more believable but the show is just a bit much.
 
That Chicago Universe crossover last night was bad ass. They aired Fire at 8, PD at 9, and Justice at 10. The way it way filmed and directed the 3 episodes felt like a movie rather than a typical episode.

It was a true crossover too, as they all had significant screen time in each of the first two hours. There was none of that "this is a crossover episode but the characters from other shows won't show up until the last 5 minutes!" BS that we get sometimes. I remember they did that with New Girl and Brooklyn Nine-Nine too, which was super disappointing.
