Post-Cancellation The CW Releases Epilogues For ‘Frequency’ And ‘No Tomorrow’

And Fox renewed Exorcist, which by all accounts really picked up towards the finale'...so there's that.

Nice trend to see networks kinda sticking it out a little bit with Timeless and Exorcist. Although with a few troubling concessions, including making the show a little more 'family friendly' in the case of Timeless.

I am curious about that Exorcist series. I might hafta check it out. Dunno, I was afraid of even trying it because I watched the TV series Damien, and got burned, lol. The bad thing about Damien though was that as corny as it was, I could not stop watching it, haha. It ended sorta promising, and then, well, it got cancelled. :P

If I am not mistaken, the way it ended left it open for a seasonal case by case type setup. Kingsqueen really liked it. But the first couple episodes require patience. Damien looked bad from the jump. Once you get over the headscratching decision to tie all your hopes on using Exorcist as a business model, the show seemed to be pretty genuine. I'm gonna try it out...I can't get behind any network show until they get into season 2...been burned too many times.

Thank you CBS, and NBC for Timeless, and FOX for Brooklyn.

12 Monkeys is back on Friday, but I am guessing this is the last season, because SciFi is dumping all ten episodes over the weekend. Gotta focus their efforts on important things like Steve Sanders and Bunny Lebowski fighting airborne sharks.

Not sure how they can make Timeless more "family friendly" because if the cliffhanger is anything to go by, it looks like it'll get darker. But I guess that means the writers will have to change things up so they can air it at 8 PM. Hopefully they'll advertise it a lot during the Winter Olympics.

And I'm happy New Girl got a 7th season, though they pretty much wrapped things up anyway.

The only thing left that I want is for Chicago Justice to get renewed. Though truthfully, I think that show is the least exciting out of the 4 Chicago shows. I just hope that the actor (Jon Seda) who was a main character on PD and got moved to Justice to promote the show somehow get his job back on PD if Justice gets canceled. Or hell, make him become a doctor since the only show he hasn't appeared on is Med. Either way though, airing Justice on Sunday is stupid.

Ok, the Bang a Gong playing is a little on the nose as far as trying to play to the GotG crowd...and I realize that McFarlane is not for everyone, but I will be watching this.
