I remember reading this book a million years ago. Was pretty damned good. But the second book in the trilogy was so...weak AND weird, that I never even read the third.

I am with you and agreed the first book was good. 2nd was weird and the third. Let?s just say without any spoilers I wasn?t impressed with how the author wrapped up the series.

Bryan Fuller, Hart Hanson Exit ‘Amazing Stories’ Reboot at Apple

Fuller’s vision for the show did not mesh with the more family-friendly approach sought by Apple and Amblin Television.

It was announced in January that Fuller is now involved in a potential series adaptation of Anne Rice’s book “The Vampire Chronicles.” at Paramount TV.

Paramount Network has released the first Yellowstone trailer. The upcoming series hails from Hell or High Water screenwriter Taylor Sheridan. The show follows patriarch John Dutton (Kevin Costner) and his violent world of ranching that has him fending off land developers, an Indian reservation, and America’s first National Park.

The show looks incredibly intense, which shouldn’t come as much of a surprise when you consider Sheridan, who also wrote Sicario and Wind River, also directed the series. It will be interesting to see where the show falls in the world of Peak TV.
