Neither did I , but my friends did. Actually only one ticket was given last year instead of a pair.

Thanks, I tried the link a couple times since you posted and it kept saying bday club registration for last season is over, but today it finally worked.

For the record, we got a pair for two different bdays in our household the past couple seasons including last.

Last year we got 2 tickets but this year, they make it clear its only 1 ticket. That's a shame that we have to pay if we want to bring our significant other for a "birthday gift".

I just noticed something about this. I got an email on 9/17 saying birthday club is back. So I signed up. But I looked at the fine print & it said you had to sign up before your birthday month. They didn’t have it before my birthday month, which is May. They just came out with it a few weeks ago. So am I going to have to wait until next season to get a ticket. Because that’s total BS.

ya, two september bdays in my family and it wasn't available BEFORE september. still haven't gotten the email to claim the single ticket either.

Tried getting my birthday ticket today after receiving the email. After selecting game and ticket, I got this notification: "Discount Code Not Valid"

Interesting. In the past I have always gotten two free tix (plus a handling charge), and they never ran out. This year is only one free ticket so buying an extra might make it more than season seats. But for those of us without season seats it was a good deal.

In past years it was a great deal. This year, not so much with only a single free ticket. That said, we just claimed 3 (e-mail showed up last night) because we're suckers for Kings hockey.

I do think the summer birthday people might have it better. By the time my birthday month arrives, I feel like all of the seats were claimed by people who had a birthday the month before. The program has also changed from "we'll send you 2 or 3 tickets within 48 hours of the game" to being able to pick your seat.
