I said pretty much these exact words to my daughter about half way through this game. Hope he gets a man-body similar to the one Nicolas Deslauriers ended up with - that dude was so scrawny when we picked him and now he is mean and bulky

God forbid Sammy ends up with one of those massive dad-bods. He'll end up killing someone...or eventually crashing through the boards ending up in the stands.

Hopefully his two-for-one hit last night is a sign of things to come. Even with that Scarecrow body. the kid is a beast.

That was a fun game! We almost got a goalie fight. I still have no idea how Kuzi scored his goal...watched multiple replays and am convinced it was magic.

He definitely needs more ‘quick twitch’ capability, and physical training for that should be his new obsession this coming summer. As is, he is very lumbering, and you can see it in pretty much every aspect of his game, from his shot to his skating acceleration. Hopefully he continues to grow into that frame, but I definitely like what I see from him thus far. I’d also like about 15% more snarl.

I agree 100%.

And don't worry, that snarl will come. Especially if he keeps playing cement-headed goons such as Khusnutdinov. But that two-for-one hit was very promising. It was like something out of the movie "Slapshot". I was literally laughing out loud watching that hit.
