It means nothing. Literally. Gen A and young Gen Z use it as a way just to be illogical and confuse people.
Now, there was a meaning people assumed that it meant juggling balls (euphemism) which makes me think Fox is going with that. So when he says the Kings have not had 6 7's all night, he is saying they are not playing with balls.
