GDT ***Chicago Blackhawks vs. LA Kings GDT 12/4/25 7:00pm on ESPN+ & Hulu***

I don't think I've ever been this angry before. I had tickets for the game tonight...tickets I bought a long time ago. But I'm not going to make it...

...Mayor Bass ordered an emergency inspection of my building, and since I'm the manager, I had to be here. The inspectors just left. The violations cited include chipped paint, a leaky faucet and loose door knobs.

Meanwhile my best friend, who lost his home in the Eaton Fire, can't get a permit to rebuild becatuse they claim "the inspection department is under-staffed".

All of my family and most of my friends have left California in the past five years. Yesterday I got a text from my buddy in Texas who moved there from California last year. He just paid $2.49 a gallon for gas. Assuming I'd be going to the hockey game tonight, I filled my tank today for $197.00.

This is madness, and pretty much the last straw for me. I'm outta here.

Sorry to hear that. Just make sure you do your homework on wherever you end up. The few friends that I have that bolted to Texas are already back in Cali.

C’mon Kings, get some offensive pressure going. As I type it, of course it’s Perry’s line. Please tell me why they get the less ice time? Every game they bring it and wear down the D.
 
Missed the first 10 minutes of the game, it’s 04:26 here. The good thing with Hiller hockey is that I don’t have to be worried that I missed any goals or other fun stuff on the ice…
