Mike used to call our LGK pickup games into a recorder in order to polish his announcer skills. Through the years he worked his way up the ladder and now calls Seattle Kracken games. Congrats on living the dream to you and your family!
Was he the kid who used the online name "KingGolfer18" or something? If so, I remember meeting him at the rink in Tustin...he had a recorder and was doing just what you say....the last I heard he was doing minor league hockey....
