When Hiller was hired I noticed that when he first comes to a team he really improves the PP, but every year after the first year it looks to me like it drops drastically and they he goes somewhere else and the pattern starts over

What I meant is that if one were to graph Hiller’s PP performance with respect to time and Kuzmenko’s overall performance on a new team with respect to time the curves would look the same.

It would be a distinct downward trajectory in both cases. And, since I like alliteration…
