Have to feel for Lundqvist, as he was the only reason that series was not a sweep. Also, notice that it’s a good 30 seconds before his teammates come over to him. Maybe they wanted to give him some space in the moment. Yes, that was the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat.

Martinez always be my hero lol.. 2 huge OT GWG's what a champ. I mean a 2OT goal for the cup what kid doesn't dream of that? I remember we brought the TV outside for a mini watch party and half the neighborhood cheered at the same time, though you couldn't hear us over Fox's "YEAAHSSSS!!!!!" which I also love.

But at the same time it felt nice knowing Quicky outdone him and Brodeur. But he was good. I remember thinking to myself after the Blackhawks series (the best thing I think I've ever seen) that NY didn't have a chance.
