Awesome, Nocturn. I have been resisting the temptation to purchase a macro. I'll bet it opens up a whole new world.

Dragonflies cont...

Front side of the Blue Dasher in my first set. I hit him with the SB-600 and it washed him out pretty bad. Although, it brought out some serious detail:

Different fly, same B-52 profile as #2. Love how the "eyes" always look at you.

Cant forget the brutha's.

D700, D3's little brother? Looks like a FF sensor in a smaller form factor. If true, Canon may feel a significant pinch on this one as it would be a direct competitor to their very popular, and very old 5D.

"Kitteh" is well-composed, but the subject seems a tad out-of-focus. Like the feel of the image, nevertheless.

"Kicked Back" is just freakin' killer. Nice shot!

"Ceiling Rat" is the single-most disturbing and horrific image I have ever seen on the internet. Seriously. Rivals "tub-girl."

:)

Yeah I made Kitteh smaller to cover up the out of focus. Guess it didn't work. :)

The dog refuses to model for me so I was left with self gratification.
