Sunrise or sunset?
Sausalito last week
Sunrise. Got up early and I was staying deep in Mill Valley. Luckily, Siri helped me find my way to the shore by sunrise.
I wasn't happy with the pics and managed to salvage that pic but not great quality. I plan on going back to the spot next time we visit the brother-in-law and get it right.
It seems like many times it takes a couple of visits, one for scouting and one for nailing it.

Thats the problem with sunrise/sunset shots. You only get one chance or you wait another 24 hours.

One of my goals as a photographer was to win the EarthShots.org "Photo of the Day" contest. It's an honor because each day's photo is incredible and they have a very wide reach.
