End of 1st period. It's scoreless for now, but I'm disappointed. The Kings aren't taking advantage of the absences of McDavid and Draisaitl as they got locked up in a boring, defensive matchup with the Coilers. What's worse, the 2nd period is coming and the Coilers have the advantage in these periods while LA has faltered for the most part in 2nd periods this season. Wake up, LA. You're going through the motions again. You can't expect to win this game by playing too stingy a game against this Coilers team; you need to score goals, especially on the PP as you've been struggling this whole season when it comes to the latter.
