I hate to admit I was getting a little bit choked up there listening to Kopi.

Kings fans are so lucky we had him for 20 years.

And for some sentimental reason,they gave Kopi the #1 star of the game,and congrats Kopi,for all you have done for the Kings,have a happy and well deserved retirement when the Kings season ends.Really though,the #1 star of the game in my opinion,was Ceci,who stopped the puck from going into the net,that would’ve tied the game at 1-1.And most likely kept the Kings from going into another OT.

I don't. That requires a subscription for ESPN+, but I went with NHL Center Ice because I canceled the Disney+/Hulu/ESPN+ bundle.

I gotta admit, I teared up when Kopi was saying thanks after the game. 20 years of watching him as a fixture and leader for the Kings. I’m going to miss him. There’s a big 1C hole to fill next season.

First time at Crypto this season and man was it bittersweet seeing Kopi in person one last time. Glad he’s leaving the game on his own terms relatively healthy. A legend by any definition of the word.

As for the game, I thought Doughty had a strong performance. Well earned 2 points. Bring on the playoffs!

Great game & great win by the Kings. That was one of the best wins, especially at this time of the year. And OMG Kopi was amazing in that last minute winning 4 defensive zone faceoffs in a row. That was as good as any goal he could've scored. But guys please stop with the empty net shots. Get it out of the zone first, then try if you have the shot. Other than that, awesome game.
