Anaheim first in the Pacificat a loss for words. I need a new hobby
Was last. Last in the east is a .500 team. They are now at .536, while the Kings are lower at .533Florida is last in East and Kings still lost.
Only Rangers are worst at home
Is Hiller going to Pittsburgh or he'll get fired on the way home from Crypto
It’s ridiculous how entertaining Ducks games are. It’s literally night a day between the product Anaheim has on the ice and the horse **** LA has on the ice.Anaheim first in the Pacific
Scored 7 goals already 4 times this season.
I refuse to judge anyone stuck playing in this god awful system for this p*ss poor coach. Numbers and effort be damned. I put all of this dog **** season on Hiller, Holland and Luc. And I don’t give a **** about the point standings. This **** is unwatchable.
Astute correction. Nuke the front office.I have to disagree with this. You forgot to mention Bergevin, otherwise you were spot on.
If that’s the case, hopefully the Kings can snag a 1st and/or some solid prospects for him. I’ve been begging for an actual tear down since 2016, and it’s never happened.Kinda hoping Kempe opts for free agency and leaves so that it kickstarts a tear down.
I would only trade Kopitar to a team with a solid chance of winning the Cup. Then again, this is the team that sent Quick to Columbus. (Yes, Quickie did win a Cup that year with Vegas, but only bc the league knew what a travesty the Kings had committed by dumping Quick like that and corrected the injustice. Still sickened by that disgusting and dishonorable move by LA. Quick was the reason we won those Cups. Period.)I know Kopitar will want to stay. But I wonder what we could fetch for Doughty at the deadline
Kopitar can veto any trade so no danger of him going anywhere but a contender. Doughty only allows 7 teams. So to trade DD he has to want out--which I think likely. The good news is the Kings will likely be able to empty virtually the entire roster since the expensive guys like Fiala, Danault, Kuemper, Foegele are unlikely to want to stick around for a rebuild. Perry will want to go to a contender and Kuzy will need to go. That all means a ton of space for cap dumps.I would only trade Kopitar to a team with a solid chance of winning the Cup. I’d be willing to give Toronto a sweetheart deal for Doughty. He was integral to our 2 Cups and has passed over Blake as the best defenseman in Kings history. He’s passed his prime, but playing in his hometown on a team that could use some solid D, it might breathe new life into his game.
Either way, I wouldn’t trade either player to garbage teams (though I believe they both have NTCs). I would only move them to teams they would WANT to go to.
