Sounds to me like Moore is gone, and Spence may be gone if they decide they don't see him in a role that gets regular playing time. Turcotte may be the new utility forward.Holland is very forthcoming. As a fan you gotta appreciate that. Sounds like Turcotte and Spence are gone.
So much more refreshing than Blake blaming others for his misfortunes.
My take away, Spence is gone. Loves Clarke. Moore, Spence, Tanner and Turcotte are gone. Quite honestly, outside of Spence, none of them added anything to this team that can't be replaced.
I am totally okay with whomever he wants to trade and thank god we are almost near the end of Doughty and Kopi's deals.
If Moore could pot 30 goals a year like he did previously, he'd be a keeper. But the rest, yeah, though the Turcotte contract is cheap right now. I see them likely getting rid of everyone but Turcotte unless he has to be included in a package for a bigger name.So much more refreshing than Blake blaming others for his misfortunes.

You know, as much sh*t as Moore gets these days, he was pretty damn good on the wall and in the corners during the playoffs. If Moore could pot 30 goals a year like he did previously, he'd be a keeper. I really haven't gotten on him much, if at all. I expected more out of him after the previous season, just hoping if he stays that he can prove the 31 goal season wasn't a fluke. I also think he was injured more than was let on. He missed 11 games but didn't look right at times. You know, as much sh*t as Moore gets these days, he was pretty damn good on the wall and in the corners during the playoffs.
I don't get all the hate on him. Sure it would be nice if he got 30+ goals every season, but he's defensively responsible, can eat up minutes and has a decent contract. It wouldn't surprise me if his name came up on nearly every call Holland has made to other GMs.You know, as much sh*t as Moore gets these days, he was pretty damn good on the wall and in the corners during the playoffs.
I thought he was pretty much the only skater able to move at normal speed--since Hiller pretty much ran the whole team (all 13 skaters) into the ground. You know, as much sh*t as Moore gets these days, he was pretty damn good on the wall and in the corners during the playoffs.
He also still has some of the best stickhandling on the team. Just seems like the Kings don't know how best to use him - or are locked into giving opportunities to other players.I thought he was pretty much the only skater able to move at normal speed--since Hiller pretty much ran the whole team (all 13 skaters) into the ground.
Yep, and I said it for much the year last year. I think at some point he was injured and lots his quickness and eagerness for board battles. Late in the season even Fox mentioned that he was not 100% earlier in the year. So, for those down on him for an off year last year he needs to be cut some slack. He was not 100% for a good portion of it.You know, as much sh*t as Moore gets these days, he was pretty damn good on the wall and in the corners during the playoffs.
I really like Trevor‘s game, he’s got a great motor and some pretty good skill. I think 31 goals in a season probably was a bit of a fluke, but I believe somewhere in the middle is a safe bet. Around 23 to 26 goals for a fully healthy season. As you noted, he definitely did not look right for at least 8 to 10 games after returning from his various ailments the past season.I really haven't gotten on him much, if at all.
