Pick any word you want — physical, grit, snot, tenacity, hard, heavy, etc. — Kings GM Rob Blake had a clear plan in mind when remaking his roster this summer. One of the players targeted to bring some of those elements was Warren Foegele, somebody the organization had a chance to see up close during the playoffs each of the past three seasons. He’s been paired with Quinton Byfield and Kevin Fiala during the early part of training camp thus far, and the unit seems to be gelling fairly quickly.

In one of his first official interviews since arriving in LA, Foegele spoke about a myriad of topics, including:

— Competing hard
— Roster changes for 2024-25
— Seeing LA from the other side
— Teaming up with Byfield and Fiala
