The final piece of LA’s uniform sponsorship puzzle is set to lock into place over the next few days — with an announcement coming as early as Monday. After having previously secured deals for both their home and road helmets, as well as placing a Mercury Insurance patch on their black home jersey, the one remaining deal has now been signed by the Kings business department.

Who is it?
HINT… It's a company not currently in their portfolio of corporate sponsors. All new to the team.

As reported by Mayor’s Manor on Friday, the Kings have signed an official sponsor for their road (white) jersey, which will debut in time for the 2024-25 NHL season. This news item was confirmed by AEG COO Kelly Cheeseman during his recent appearance on Kings Of The Podcast, which can be heard here:
During a detailed, 30-minute interview, they also discussed creating a permanent Ring of Honor for legendary Kings players, plans for the team’s new third jersey, potential games in Mexico City, bringing the 2025 NHL Draft to Los Angeles, what happens next with Frozen Fury, and much more. It’s a must-listen episode.
As for the new sponsor patch,it will be similar in size and placement as the one currently featured on the team’s home sweaters.
Upon the original tweet being sent out, fans were immediately speculating on companies like In-N-Out, Dutch Bros., Chipotle, McDonalds, and Chevrolet.
We’ve done some more digging over the past 24 hours and can share that it isn’t any of those brands. In fact, it’s not a company that they currently do business with from a corporate sponsorship perspective — ruling out companies like American Express, Toyota, and Lucas Oil. It also is not a fast food place, nor a brand that produces any sort of non-alcoholic drink (note: alcohol companies are not allowed as jersey patches, per NHL guidelines).
It’s also believed to be a company that has only done one or two previous sports partnership agreements.
Who do you think the sponsor will be?
