2nd period ends. Both teams get a goal each but LA started to have a little more control towards the end of the period. 20 minutes left and there has to be more assertiveness from LA if they want to gain the lead and take definite control of the 3rd period.

Watching the Anaheim feed, and predictably, Hayward says the Kings should have been penalized approximately 214 times so far, while both penalties against the Ducks were decidedly "weak".

Hayward = Jack Edwards West. Well, now that Edwards is retired, Hayward now takes his place as the Edwards of NHL commentating this season and the next coming seasons until Haywire himself retires.
