***LA Kings @ Dallas Stars GDT 2/28/25 >>5:00pm<< on FanDuel***

Kings PP is so solid. No doubt it will take them deep into the playoffs.
I want what you're smoking.

The Kings needed a score just now but the PP came up empty.
I wish I knew why Hiller gives PP1 so much time. They're nothing special. It isn't like you're taking McDavid -LD-Bouchard off the ice. Or MacK and Makar. Our PP1 is ordinary at best.

End of 2nd period. Well, it remains a two goal game for now as Dallas and LA each traded one goal in the period. The Kings now have 20 minutes left to come back in the 3rd period and engineer some much needed heroics for themselves. And they better minimize their penalties taken against them and not let Dallas score any more insurance goals.

If Moore doesn't pull a major league choke job on an empty net shot, the Kings were right back in this thing. How is it possible to miss the net from that distance? Unreal.

That schedule for LA against St. Louis. Wow. It's really rare for a team to face the same opponent 3 times in a single month, more so when it's a week apart from each other, and even more so when two games against the same opponent are scheduled within the same week. A probable result of an unusual schedule quirk for the Kings this season.

Dinner was great. Just turned on the third period to see the puck go behind Kuemper again. Ugh... see y'all next game.

You have got to be kidding me. 6-2 Dallas. Ferry misplayed the pass to Fiala which resulted in a Dallas SHG. So much for the 3rd period heroic attempts for LA.

Unfocused, sloppy and really really slow. Not a good recipe for success.
Kind of reminds me of myself when I visit Dallas, but that's usually due to oppressive humidity and overdosing on Tex-Mex. Hopefully they wake up in time to play a sharper game tomorrow.

This team is mentally soft and tired and this game is now a definitely guaranteed loss for the Kings. Worse, they have to travel to St. Louis tomorrow which means LA has little time to rest. I can see another scheduled loss for LA.

Well....... I've been or to dinner with friends and not paying attention to the score...... Guess I won't need to watch the first 2 periods when I get home!

TO missing that empty net chance on the second PP earlier in the second period really deflated the Kings and it shows here in the third period. And Kopi continues to be a tragic non-factor in this game; he really makes me miss Brown on this team. What a sorry waste of a C.

Yeah, game over. What a pathetic collapse in the 3rd period for LA and a complete opposite of their performance against Vancouver and Vegas. And now they have to fly over to St. Louis for tomorrow's game.

And those of you who still want to be apologists for Kopi, well, keep holding on to your beliefs while you still can 'cause he lost his groove in the second half of this season and he is not even half the captain that Brown ever was. Kopi deserves the C taken off his jersey this season and the next coming seasons until the day he finally considers retirement 'cause he ain't cutting it with his soft, uninspiring leadership style. Until he proves me wrong, my point stands.
