If Byfield is fine, and his teammates knew that from the 2nd intermission, I suppose I can understand the lack of response. Just get out of the game unscathed. If Byfield is actually concussed or otherwise injured though, then god help this pack of pussies, because they’re going to get dummied in the first round by Edmonton.

I was commenting to my wife we don't have a.. goon. Jeannot will be missed in the series if he's out. Oilers have no problem gooning it up which unfortunately with superstar talent is a deadly playoff combo.

Hope Nyssa42 and Liz4LA had a great time and good luck getting to Seattle (and other places) for tomorrows game. Really hoping Q is precautionary and the NHL really needs to decide how much of this they want in the game. With all the focus on head shots we used to have, and the sensitivity the league has always had regarding using your stick on to the head, it would make total sense that there's no supplemental discipline....
