End of 1st period. LA scores first on a PP goal but after that, other than Ferry nearly scoring a second goal for LA, they cooled off a bit and nearly gave away some goals to Minnesota. For now, LA leads by one but there's 40 minutes of hockey left to play so they can't stay content with their lead as they look to increase it with insurance goals.

No goal, dammit. Play was blown dead before the goal. There was goalie interference against LA, though it didn't result in a penalty as it was incidental contact.
