Second PK successful for LA. The Rags increased their SOG total but they only have one goal to show for it for now.

That should have been a delay of game penalty against the Rags there. One of the Rags players covered the puck with his back other than Quick.

2nd period comes to a close. The Kings exploded with three more goals and chasing Shesterkin out of his net. Unfortunately, the Rags spoiled the SO bid for the Kings thanks to a miscommunication moment between Anderson and Kuemper. The Rags fans lay out the boobirds towards their own team for their lackadaisical effort after 40 minutes. Well, the Kings now have to hold on to their lead for the last 20 minutes and not let the Blueshirts come back.

Great game today. I've been expecting Laviolette to get fired for a week now so it is good to see the Kings kicking the Rangers while they are down. Joel Edmundson is +4 so far; Blake and the staff might have done a great job signing him after all.
