Week eight of the 2025-26 Prospect Tracker features Liam Greentree moving into fourth place in all-time goals for Windsor, Flint pushing their winning streak to nine games (longest in the OHL this season), and a pair of LA Kings legends having their junior jerseys retired. The following reports cover games played through the end of day Tuesday, November 25th.

Ontario Hockey League (OHL)

Henry Brzustewicz, London Knights, RH Defenseman (31st overall in 2025)
2025-26 Stats: 7 goals, 5 assists, minus-8, 24 PIM in 19 games played

Back from an upper-body injury, Brzustewicz suited up for a three-in-three. Although London dropped their first two games to North Bay (5-2) and Sudbury (6-3), he picked up his first power play assist of the season in the latter. London salvaged the weekend Saturday with a win in Sault Ste Marie, on a night honoring former Soo Greyhound and LA Kings forward Jeff Carter. He watched his junior jersey rise to the rafters in a pregame ceremony before the Knights secured a 4-3 victory.

Jan Chovan, Sudbury Wolves, Center/Right Wing (184th overall in 2025)
2025-26 Stats: 5 goals, 7 assists, minus-18, 2 PIM in 22 games played

Chovan recorded three power play points across his three games this week. He had two of them in a 5-2 loss to Erie on Wednesday: one a goal from just outside the blue paint, the other an assist off the draw. He then added a power play helper in Sudbury’s 6-3 victory over London, before being held off the scoresheet in an 8-2 defeat to Brampton. The two-way forward is on pace for 36 points in 66 games, respectable production in his first season on North American ice.

Carter George, Owen Sound Attack, Goalie (57th overall in 2024)
2025-26 Stats: 3.14 GAA, .899 SV%, 1 SO, 1 assist, 9 wins in 18 games played

George backstopped Owen Sound to a 2-1-0 week. On Friday, he entered in relief in the middle of the third period, stopping 10 of 11 shots as the Attack rallied for a 10-7 victory. George followed that up with a strong 29-save performance Saturday in a 2-1 win over Ottawa, before making 26 saves Sunday during a 6-2 loss to red-hot Flint. Owen Sound sits in fifth place overall and first place in the Midwest Division and will face second-place Windsor twice this week.

Of note, Team Canada goaltending coach Dan De Palma was in attendance Sunday; George is the projected starter for Canada at next month’s World Junior tournament.

Liam Greentree, Windsor Spitfires, Right Wing (26th overall in 2024)
2025-26 Stats: 14 goals, 12 assists, plus-three, 21 PIM in 17 games played

Greentree tallied two goals in Friday’s 4-1 victory over Saginaw. The big power forward scored the game-winner off a forecheck takeaway, ripping a shot glove-side while falling to one knee before adding an empty-netter late. It was a performance moved him into fourth place in all-time goals for Windsor, surpassing Taylor Hall. After falling 2-1 to Saginaw on Saturday, Windsor traveled to Guelph and closed out the week with a 5-1 victory. That win came just after LA Kings legend and former captain Dustin Brown had his well-deserved jersey retirement ceremony. The Spitfires hold second place in the OHL, though five teams are within six points of them.

Jimmy Lombardi, Flint Firebirds, Center (125th overall in 2025)
2025-26 Stats: 14 goals, 15 assists, plus-8, 26 PIM in 22 games played

Lombardi picked up three goals and an assist, as Flint extended their win streak to nine games (the longest of any team this season). After scoring the shootout winner Friday against Brampton with a fancy maneuver, he lit the lamp glove-side against fellow Kings prospect Carter George in Sunday’s 6-2 rout of Owen Sound. Lombardi has maintained an 87-point pace for three straight weeks, proving his offensive breakout is no fluke. Flint sits fourth in the standings, just two points back from second-place Windsor with a game in hand.

Jared Woolley, London Knights, LH Defenseman (164th overall in 2024)
2025-26 Stats: 5 goals, 9 assists, plus-11, 30 PIM in 22 games played

Woolley went pointless across three games, as London posted a 1-2-0 record on the week; simultaneously extending his personal streak to six games without a point. The offensive production has dried up for the heavy defenseman who, prior to this stretch, was pacing 0.88 points per game. However, his value extends beyond the scoresheet; he is plus-9 (second on the team) and remains the anchor of the OHL’s top penalty kill. London is tied in points with Barrie at sixth place.

Western Hockey League (WHL)

Will Sharpe, Kelowna Rockets, LH Defenseman (216th overall in 2025)
2025-26 Stats: 2 goals, 9 assists, plus-2, 8 PIM in 16 games played

Sharpe had the assist on Saturday’s game-winning goal against Portland when he broke the puck out of the zone via a carom pass off the half-wall, allowing his teammate to set up in the offensive zone. Sharpe’s shooting volume has decreased from the start of the season, yet his contribution to the offense is still there. He has 11 points in 16 games, after having 16 points in 31 games with Kelowna last season. As they begin to make their playoff push in early 2026, Sharpe’s offensive contributions and steady hand defensively should be invaluable to the team. Kelowna went 2-1-0 on the week and are 6-2-2 in their last 10 games: they’re holding firm, sitting seventh in the Western Conference.

COLLEGE HOCKEY (NCAA)

Ryan Conmy, Boston College, Right Wing (182nd overall in 2023)
2025-26 Stats: 6 goals, 3 assists, plus-2, 4 PIM in 13 games played

The recent scoring surge continued for Conmy this week, as he registered three points (2G, 1A) on five shots Friday in a 7-3 triumph over Maine. On his first goal, he passed the puck to the point, tapped his stick to call for it back and then fired a laser one-timer past the goalie. His second point that night was an assist created by a rebound off his shot, and the third was an empty-net goal with less than a minute remaining in regulation. Tidbit of the week: Conmy has scored in every game where he has registered more than four shots on goal.

Boston College split the series with Maine after a 3-0 defeat Saturday, and the Eagles held at No. 15 in the national rankings.

Kristian Epperson, Univ. of Denver, Left Wing (88th overall in 2025)
2025-26 Stats: 5 goals, 1 assist, plus-4, 12 PIM in 14 games played

Epperson recorded his fifth goal of the season in Friday’s 7-1 rout of Arizona State, firing a wrist shot past the goalie. The freshman forward saw increased ice time across the weekend series, averaging 17:13 compared to his season average of 15:19. He went scoreless Saturday in a 3-2 loss, yet still generated four shots across the two games. Denver dropped one spot to No. 4 nationally following the split, sitting at 9-3-1 on the season.

Caeden Herrington, Univ. of Vermont, RH Defenseman (120th overall in 2025)
2025-26 Stats: 1 goal, 2 assists, minus-4, 8 PIM in 11 games played

Herrington generated three shots on goal in Vermont’s lone game this week, a 5-1 loss to Harvard. The Crimson, while unranked, received the most votes among teams outside the top 20 this week. The freshman defenseman is now on a four-game pointless streak, yet his offensive skill set suggests he’ll snap that drought soon. He’ll have an opportunity to do so Friday against Dartmouth, as the Catamounts look to improve on their 4-7-0 record.

Brendan McMorrow, Univ. of Denver, Left Wing (196th overall in 2025)
2025-26 Stats: 1 goal, 3 assists, plus-3, 4 PIM in 12 games played

McMorrow had his quietest weekend of the season so far, going pointless and recording just one shot on goal. The freshman forward remains on Denver’s third line, averaging 13:25 of ice time per game, the lowest among the Kings’ three prospects on the Pioneers roster. Despite the quiet weekend, McMorrow has shown his speed and tenacity can lead to offensive contributions this season. He will look to bounce back in the 2025 U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame Game, as No. 4 ranked Denver matches up against unranked Minnesota. It’s a game that draws a lot of attention every year.

James Reeder, Univ. of Denver, Right Wing (198th overall in 2024)
2025-26 Stats: 4 goals, 5 assists, plus-10, 0 PIM in 14 games played

Last season’s DU Freshman of the Year recorded his first career two-assist game in the 7-1 victory over ASU, marking his third multi-point performance in 2025-26. The first point came off a puck recovery from a stumbling ASU defenseman; Reeder corralled it and entered the neutral zone to spring a 3-on-2 breakaway goal. The second helper was on the game-winning goal, as he fed linemate Samu Salminen and notched his fifth assist of the season. Playing on Denver’s top line, Reeder ranks fourth on the team in average time on ice and has established himself as a crucial piece of the Pioneers’ offensive attack.

Hampton Slukynsky, Western Michigan Univ., Goalie (118th overall in 2023)
2025-26 Stats: 2.81 GAA, .888 SV%, 1 SO, 1 assist, 9 wins in 14 games played

Slukynsky backstopped Western Michigan to a sweep of Omaha, making 21 saves in Friday’s 7-2 victory before stopping 27 shots in Saturday’s 4-2 win. LA’s top goaltending prospect also picked up his first assist of the season on an empty-net goal late in the second game. That strong weekend performance helped WMU climb one spot to No. 7 in the national rankings. The defending national champions sit at 9-5-0, as they look to reclaim the top spot in the NCAA rankings.

Jack Sparkes, Clarkson Univ., RH Defenseman (180th overall in 2022)
2025-26 Stats: 0 goals, 1 assist, minus-2, 12 PIM in 13 games played

Sparkes recorded his first point of the season in Clarkson’s 4-3 loss to Princeton, breaking through offensively after a slow start. The defenseman sent a shot from the point toward the net, and it deflected off a player’s skate before finding its way to a teammate for the goal. Sparkes continues to log limited minutes averaging only 8:42 per game, but the assist shows the shutdown defenseman can contribute when opportunities (and a good bounce) arise.

EUROPEAN LEAGUES

Vojtech Cihar, Czechia-HC Energie Karlovy Vary, Forward (59th overall in 2025)
2025-26 Stats: 3 goals, 3 assists, minus-3, 8 PIM in 22 games played

The LA Kings weren’t the only team to win 2-1 on ‘Kids Night’ this week, as Karlovy Vary matched that result on their own ‘Kids Night’ Tuesday against Trinec. Cihar blocked two shots in that victory, showcasing his defensive play, yet went pointless across Vary’s 2-1-0 week. He has one goal in five games since returning from the Five Nations tournament.

Petteri Rimpinen, Liiga-Kiekko-Espoo, Goalie (152nd overall in 2025)
2025-26 Stats: 2.71 GAA, .898 SV%, 1 SO, 7 wins in 18 games played

Rimpinen made 57 saves across his two starts and posted a .907 save percentage this week, as Kiekko-Espoo went 2-1 to climb to fifth place in the Liiga standings. As mentioned two weeks ago, Rimpinen signed a one-year extension with Kiekko-Espoo, opting to maintain his focus on developing as a starter in Liiga rather than rushing to North America. He’s also expected to have a featured role for Finland at the upcoming World Junior Championships in Minnesota.
