Week two of the 2025-26 Prospect Tracker brought a full slate of action, including a couple of upsets and plenty of goals. The following reports cover games played through the end of day Monday, October 13th.
Ontario Hockey League (OHL)
Henry Brzustewicz, London Knights, RH Defenseman (31st overall in 2025)
2025-26 Stats: 3 goals, 2 assists, minus-3, 2 PIM in 6 games played
The Kings’ most recent first-round pick showed up to score this weekend, netting his first three goals of the season. In Friday’s contest against Erie, Brzustewicz drove to the net for one and blasted a one-timer from the left faceoff dot for another. He followed that performance the next day with seven shots, including another one-timer from the left dot for his third goal in two days.

On Saturday, the Wolves broke their winless streak with a 6-3 victory over the Otters. On Sunday, Chovan ended a pointless streak with his first goal of the season. The Slovakian winger deflected a point shot on the power play while planted in front of the net during a 4-3 loss to the Ice Dogs.

Carter George, Owen Sound Attack, Goalie (57th overall in 2024)
2025-26 Stats: 2.76 GAA, .913 SV%, 0 SO, 1 assist, 5 wins in 5 games played
Owen Sound sits tied for second in the OHL standings, as George continued his strong play this week. The netminder was cool under fire against North Bay, stopping 41 of 45 shots in a 6-4 victory. He tracked the puck well and stayed square to incoming skaters throughout the high shooting affair. George also denied two wide-open chances in the second period, showcasing why he’s contending for the starting spot on Team Canada at the upcoming World Junior Championship this December.
Liam Greentree, Windsor Spitfires, Right Wing (26th overall in 2024)
2025-2026 Stats: 3 goals, 3 assists, even plus/minus, 7 PIM in 4 games played
After delivering a cross-check to the face of an opponent in Thursday’s contest against Guelph, Greentree was assessed a five-minute major, game misconduct, and three-game suspension from the OHL. He’s scheduled to return this Saturday against Sarnia, as Windsor looks to maintain their status as the OHL’s top-ranked team.

Jimmy Lombardi, Flint Firebirds, Center (125th overall in 2025)
2025-26 Stats: 0 goals, 6 assists, plus-4, 6 PIM in 6 games played
It was a weekend of ‘A’s for Lombardi. Named alternate captain Wednesday, he followed that honor with three assists over two games. The first pair came Saturday, one off the opening faceoff and another on a beautiful backhand cross-crease feed. The fourth-round pick now leads Flint in assists and looks poised to continue that trend.
Jared Woolley, London Knights, LH Defenseman (164th overall in 2024)
2025-26 Stats: 4 goals, 3 assists, plus-3, 13 PIM in 6 games played
Watching Woolley play, it’s clear he brings an edge to his game. The physical 6-foot-5 defenseman throws cross-checks to clear the crease, stands up for teammates, and delivers the occasional big hit. That edge also cost him two penalties Saturday (including matching minors with fellow Kings prospect Brzustewicz), yet he still picked up the game-winning assist during a net-front scramble in London’s 5-4 overtime win over Sarnia.

Continuing his return from injury, Sharpe moved up to the second defensive pairing this week and recorded two assists in three games, including a helper on the game-tying goal in Kelowna’s 5-4 win over Prince George. The young defenseman has put 10 shots on goal through four games while continuing to build out his offensive game. Kelowna plays Wednesday at 6:50 p.m. PT on Victory+ (free stream via web/app).
COLLEGE HOCKEY (NCAA)

2025-26 Stats: 2 goals, 0 assists, plus-1, 2 PIM in 3 games played
No. 11-ranked Boston College split a back-to-back series with No. 12-ranked Minnesota this week, winning the opener 3-1 before settling for a 2-2 tie Friday. Conmy netted his second goal of the season in the tie, firing a lightning-fast one-timer through traffic blocker-side on the powerplay. He generated ten shots over the back-to-back. BC moved up to No. 9 after the weekend and faces RPI next, that game can be seen Friday at 4 p.m. PT on ESPN+.

Kristian Epperson, Univ. of Denver, Left Wing (88th overall in 2025)
2025-26 Stats: 0 goals, 1 assist, plus-1, 0 PIM in 2 games played
The 19-year-old freshman tallied his first collegiate assist over the weekend, feeding a teammate in the slot for a powerplay goal in Denver’s dominant 6-0 win over Bentley. Epperson showcased his vision and positioning, consistently finding soft spots on the ice to make plays and get shots on goal. No change in the rankings for Denver, as they remain at No. 5 for a second consecutive week.
Caeden Herrington, Univ. of Vermont, RH Defenseman (120th overall in 2025)
2025-26 Stats: 1 goal, 0 assists, minus-2, 4 PIM in 2 games played
The Vermont native made his regular-season debut one to remember, scoring his first collegiate goal for his home-state team. Herrington caught a feed in the slot and beat the goalie glove-side to open the scoring in Vermont’s 2-1 victory over St. Lawrence. He told reporters afterward, “My whole family was here, so these are the things you dream about as a kid growing up in Vermont.”

Brendan McMorrow, Univ. of Denver, Left Wing (196th overall in 2025)
McMorrow did not play in either of the Pioneers’ games; he’s currently week-to-week with an upper-body injury.
James Reeder, Univ. of Denver, Right Wing (198th overall in 2024)
2025-26 Stats: 0 goals, 1 assist, plus-2, 0 PIM in 2 games played
In Denver’s regular-season opener against Air Force, Reeder recorded his first assist of the season on the lone goal in a 1-1 tie. The sixth-round pick tallied five shots over two games, finding open lanes to create scoring chances.
Hampton Slukynsky, Western Michigan Univ., Goalie (118th overall in 2023)
2025-26 Stats: 3.59 GAA, .806 SV%, 0 SO, 1 win in 2 games played
The defending national champion and No. 1-ranked Broncos suffered a stunning upset in their season opener, falling to the Ferris State Bulldogs 3-2. In the second half of their back-to-back set, WMU bounced back with a 6-4 win the following night. Slukynsky and the Broncos defense are working to find their rhythm after allowing seven goals in their first two games. As a result, WMU dropped to No. 2 in the rankings, and will look to reclaim the top spot following back-to-back games against UMass Lowell this coming weekend (Friday at 4:15 p.m. and Saturday at 3:05 p.m. PT, both on ESPN+).
Jack Sparkes, Clarkson Univ., RH Defenseman (180th overall in 2022)
2025-26 Stats: 0 goals, 0 assists, minus-1, 2 PIM in 3 games played
The second biggest upset of the week came Friday night, when Clarkson beat Gavin McKenna’s No. 4-ranked Penn State 6-4. In their rematch the next day, Sparkes had a key block on McKenna (the projected 2026 first overall draft pick), however, Penn State was able to win 5-2.
EUROPEAN LEAGUES
Vojtech Cihar, Czechia-HC Energie Karlovy Vary, Forward (59th overall in 2025)
2025-26 Stats: 1 goal, 2 assists, minus-2, 8 PIM in 14 games played
Cihar had his best looks of the week in Friday’s loss to Třinec, firing from the slot early and nearly burying a rebound before a fantastic pad save. The second-round pick sits at three points through 14 games, as Karlovy Vary hit a rough stretch, dropping three straight contests to extend their losing streak to four.
Petteri Rimpinen, Liiga-Kiekko-Espoo, Goalie (152nd overall in 2025)
2025-26 Stats: 2.58 GAA, .895 SV%, 0 SO, 4 wins in 9 games played
Rimpinen stole a point for Kiekko-Espoo on Saturday, stopping 21 shots through regulation before a defensive breakdown in overtime led to a 1-0 loss to the Pelicans. The game-winner came on a 2-on-1 where his defender made the cardinal sin of playing the shot, not the pass. Through nine games, his team remains competitive at 6-3-4, three points back of first place.
