Preseason, I said they’d be a bubble team for 8th in the conference with a 50/50 chance of making the playoffs. They may set a new franchise record in wins and points now.

I said we'd be tied for 5th worst in the league with the Kraken so - I know my hockey. Kuemper's been a big surprise.
 
I'll be getting back super late tonight, so will be going with jammer's spreadsheet when I update win totals for the GDT.
Per jammer: Liz4LA and mugs are tied with VCRW 3 points back of Rusty. Oddly enough SirJW actually has the most games with a correct answer at 42 over Liz4LA and Drum4Pigs at 40, mugs is on fire riding a season high 7 game streak with points, highest of the season and the only one eligible to take it to 8

You nailed it on the Kraken at least.

Don’t think anyone saw Kuemper playing like this. Laf took a big jump. Otherwise no one blew the doors off the place. And a number of players had slow and even bad starts in Spence, Byfield, Fiala, and Moore. Team just showed real depth all year so that when one line or pair faltered another got it done.

Kings were a two line team, 4D team last year at best. Depth is the real strength for this team. And again, Kuemper. Vezina vote worthy.
