Pretty sad that a guy like Moverare is the only one showing any pushback in an embarrassing effort like this. Again I ask.. what the f*** is the point of a guy like Jeannot on this roster, if he’s not going to mix things up when the game starts to go awry?
 
Game over. After LA scored the only goal in the game on the PP, St. Louis scores 4 unanswered goals, with two of them being Rittich's fault. Just another painful game to watch. And the Kings will travel to Chicago this coming Monday and I fear they're going to play down to the level of their opponents like they did last time.
 
Kings need a trade, or just tank for the rest of the season. Same thing the last 3 seasons. Maybe scrape into the playoffs and a 1st round exit.
 
The "Fire Blake" chants will be valid if the Kings collapse this month and/or next month, as well as Blake having the nerve to blow up this roster at the trade deadline if he's feeling it. Right now, it may not look like it but this could be a real possibility.
 
Nothing like two bad games in a row a week before the trade deadline to make you feel really wonderful about your team's situation.

And if those scarves were really made in Turkey...well whoever made that decision should be fired.

When you are on a 3 game losing streak, would you be really playing down to your competition? I’m not sure, however Chicago could be favored in this game.
 
So they went from having one good period to none.

Well, one thing's for sure: the Kings tend to have a very Jekyll and Hyde temperament in their performance this season. Unfortunately, the Hyde version of the Kings (bad) is showing up more than their Jekyll version (good) right now. If they don't revert back to their Jekyll side, LA is going to be looking in from the outside for a playoff spot eventually.
 
I know this game isn’t 1 person’s fault & that most of the team played badly. But Rittich can’t play anymore. If it means Kuemper in every game, so be it. And if it means sending him down to Ontario & bringing up Copley, I’d do that. And if it means we lose Rittich due to a waiver claim, I wouldn’t be broken up over that.

Social obligations kept me away from the game and it sounds like it was a good thing. Two more against these guys, better figure it out.
