I know you all hate Fiala, but Danault is the one who I feel is useless. He's completely replaceable in every game. We never win faceoffs, so it doesn't really matter who takes the draw, and then he's just kind of "there".

End of 1st period. TB with the only goal of the period thanks to Spence looking dumb in the D-zone. Then Anderson takes a wrist injury from a puck shot from a TB player earlier. Kings once again don't have good puck luck as their two best chances went off the post and crossbar in the TB zone. 40 more minutes of hockey left and if LA continues their slump on offense, then they're really in a hole.

Pretty annoyed that Kempe isn’t going to get a break tbh. Everyone on the team looks like they hit a wall this month.

IMO, he has some injury, or damage from an injury. He is not the same player as the last few years. He no longer has the same top end skating speed and have not seen his awesome first stride quickness at all this year. He is not able to drive the play any longer. He often peels off to the outside when he gets to the faceoff circle. He is rarely near the net this year. So much wrong with this game, most if not all points to some physical issue.

So far this year this team scores below average for team speed. Just over 1/2 MPH slower than last year. That is enough to drop from top 25% to bottom 50%. Morre's lack of speed is part of this. Edmundson is also slower than Roy was.

I like Fiala. I don't care if it's good Kevin or bad Kevin, at least he's entertaining! As for Danault, he's as unimpressive as it gets.
