***LA Kings @ Vancouver Canucks GDT 1/16/25 7:00pm on FanDuel***

Congratulations to the following posters who correctly guessed Turcotte and/or within +/- 2 mins of 0:51 of the first:

Turcotte (1 point):
DRGinLBC
CIrvine
Surf Nutz
Rogie-Vachon
VCRW

0-1:51 (2 points):
KHenry14

0-2:51 (1 point):
Rog or Reg?

So close for @KHenry14 who missed the third point by 1 second. That was a welcome relief after the last two games. Nice to see the boys rewarded for good play, and good for Turc to get rewarded for all his effort so far this year. One more to go on this roadie, can't let it up.

I guessed Turcotte too, Jammer06! Post #8 in this thread.

So, Fiala should be credited with an even strength goal, not a PPG. The Canucks had to many during that play. It was actually a 5 on 5 goal lol.

I’ve pined for him on this team for years now, for what is currently the Edmundson role. Mean LD. Lots of blocked shots. Thankful Edmundson has delivered.

Oh no, that would mean taking away Edmundson's first ever PP point.

Just a couple of things about this game for me. I’m so glad for Turcotte’s success. I know he’s got a long way to go. But considering his injury history & how long it took to get where he is, it’s got to feel sweet to be having this kind of season.
The other thing is, with all the drama in Vancouver between Miller & Petersen I wondered if the Kings couldn’t take advantage of the situation & pick one of them up. But with their poor decisions & half-assed efforts, I don’t know if I’d want either of them.

Turcotte looks like a stud, and Kempe is officially my favorite player (besides Kopitar) which I think I've said before. I hope Turc can stay healthy and learn to keep his head up.
