LOL! Was a teenager living in Hollywood... spent a lot of time there. Unfortunately, the days of 25-cent scoops are long gone! But man those were great while they lasted. Nothing beat a pistachio banana and chocolate triple scoop!

We lived up in Laurel Canyon on Wonderland for years and years. Studio City was "town" for us but we also spent a lot of time at Greenblatts deli near Faifax and Sunset.. But ice cream was always at Studio City.
