***LA Kings vs. Nashville Predators GDT 3/15/25 5:00pm on KCAL Ch9***

I am glad we are getting a St. Patrick's game.

Don't mind me. There is nothing much going on in this game so I am out of things to say.

End of 2nd period. There were a few close calls, but once again another boring scoreless period. The Predators are out-chancing the Kings, and LA is lucky they haven't given up a goal, yet. This is a 90s-style hockey game we're watching right now, only without the relentless, hard-nosed clutch-and-grab playstyle that defined that decade. Well, we'll see who's going to break through and come out on top for the next 20 minutes.

Impressions after the first two periods of this barn burner.

One: Thank God I over-caffeinated this morning or I'd be asleep watching this freakin boring game right now.

Two: Thank God for the early start because I was planning on going to this game but there's no way was making it by 5:00pm.

Three: As for the sloppiness this afternoon, I've got it figured out. Auto racing is popular in Nashville, so I assume their trainers snuck into the Kings locker room and dipped all our skate blades in 90 weight. Obviously. I mean what other explanation could there possibly be for the Kings missing the net on literally every shot, missing on 90% of passes and losing the puck with no one around them?
 
Lil miss jammer with the comment about the intermission kids favorite player "notice how he didn't say Fiala"

Kuz was supposed to make the team's PP better as well as making Kopi's line better. Well, he's not making himself much of a factor recently.
