Whoa! I have got to find me a copy of that!

I'm glad you dug it. Was that the first time you had seen it?

It was. I had seen Shaun of the Dead in the theater, and I confess I thought it was just okay, but this was hilarious. So now I'm going to find a copy of Shaun of the Dead and watch it again--because I must have missed something the first time around.

You'll find that some folks around here like Hot Fuzz more than Shaun, too. I'm one of them, but not by much. :)

Legion was a giant stinking piece of garbage, and there's no way anyone liked it.

Just watched this for the first time and enjoyed it very, very much.

I never read the source material so all you defenders of the world's biggest curmudgeon Alan Moore, can save it. I was brought to tears by this flick, not a tremendously hard thing to do these days, but still.

I loved it, too, but not until the 3rd time. It took the repeat viewings to really give into it completely. I usually don't give flicks that many chances if I didn't get it the first two times, but I'm glad I did.

I watched The Road. Having never read the book I thought it was great. Pretty suspenseful and Viggo Mortensen can do no harm. I even thought the son was good. Don't need to know how the world got to that point, and glad it didn't show.

Nah, you also have the rocking cool **** in between like Samurai Champloo and Cowboy Bebop.

Pshhh...hentai... :68smile:

I have to admit me too! And like you it doesn't take much for me either. But I thought Natalie Portman was pretty good as Evie.

Just finished watching this on instant Netflix and enjoyed it:

Disturbing but really well made film. The guy who played Vickers was off the charts.
