Adgy took me to see Jane Eyre again. I am so jealous of Mia Wasikowska getting to suck face with Michael Fassbender a bunch of times....
Btw, we watched the movie with a whole bunch of old people who kept on getting up during the movie. I mentioned it to Adgy and he said, "If I had to get up that often, I'd just wear a diaper."

What?s it rated? Unrated for everything awful in this world such as anal rape, violence, anal violence, excessive hate, The Rectum, 38 uses of the words ?fist? and ?me? in the same sentence, death by fire extinguisher and some no-no drugs.
Did people make it? Written and Directed by Gaspar No?. Starring Monica Belluci, Vincent Cassell, Albert Dupontel and Jo Prestia.
What?s it like in one sentence? Memento meets the worst dream I ever had that wasn?t about skinless Linda Hunt crawling up my leg with a knife in her teeth.
What?s it about in one paragraph? It?s about love and revenge and hate and retribution and inhumanity. It?s about context and how, without it, our opinions don?t amount to ****. It begins with Vincent Cassel getting wheeled out of a gay s&m club called The Rectum with a broken arm and a friend of his (played by Albert Dupontel) taken out in handcuffs as the cops talk about how he?ll probably get 10 years in prison. The rest of the film shows you how they got to that point by working it?s way backwards one scene at a time. There are thirteen scenes in Irreversible and each one takes place right before the previous one. I don?t want to talk about the plot too much, as it would be much better to go into this one prepared for the horrible **** you?re about to see but without the whole plot in your head.
I have to 'man up' and finally watch this.

Hmm...explain. I can't imagine you would NOT watch something because you have been TOLD not to. Has Adgy advised you that this movie would send you shuddering in disgust and outrage and purely for health reasons you are verboten?

Caught the tail end of 2001: A Space Odyssey last night.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Definitely too slow and 60's acid trip-y for my taste. All I know is that there's a giant fetus floating in space and a VHS tape is magical and visits people.

Wow. Tremendous disappointment. First off, the Mom, who got nominated for a supporting actress nod...really, are there that few good actresses in supporting parts? She is in 1/3rd of the flick and barely registers. The best actor of the bunch gets snuffed 20 minutes in. The main protagonist is such a blank slate for the majority of the flick. Seriously...this movie blows.

THIS...was awesome. I thought it was gonna be a mess, but it was completely dark, well, at least till the cop out ending. Stil...FUN. I just got kinda sick of seeing Jonah Hill BARFING a LOT.

Between this and Death race 2000 Universal must have a plan. 'Lets release horrible direct to dvd sequels to flicks folks love....to make them realize how magic the junk food movies were.
I am a huge fan of Smoking Aces. In my opinion, it's Carnahans 2nd best flick(NARC is amazing). This is a pale imitation. From the crappy acting(buncha jobbers and some folks who should know better, you hearing me Tom Berenger????) to the stilted dialogue/story...I love the original Smokin Aces....BECAUSE you care about EVERYONE in the movie. This...is caca.
