I watched that whole sequence and was having the same thought. The penalty was a little sketchy though. They were both tangled up.

I'm quite down on this season, but I got my wish and the coach is gone. It took way, way too long.

So now, what do I have to complain about? Not so much. We've had a terrible season so far and are still battling for a playoff spot. If we go, it's 4 more games at least. If we don't, it's a better draft pick.

That's just me, though. It seems plenty of others have plenty to still complain about.

Need 9 points on this trip. The Kings can't rely on winning at home as they have shown they are unable to. That was good hockey yesterday. It was good to see the Kings tie it up and not the other way around. A few days off so they should be rested for the Isles.

They can "this is a playoff atmosphere" all they want but that looked like two teams that couldn't get out of their own way on this particular night. The score could have easily been 5-4, but at the same time everything that was going to bounce, was going to bounce the other way. I stopped counting how many times Moore fanned on the puck in the slot. Boston fans I'm sure were tearing their hair out at all the opportunities, especially when Kuemper got the walkies and was nowhere to be found in the crease. Sure take the point I guess, but maybe an offering for Jobu is in order.
