AND I found $40 in the parking lot on my way to the game! (I used $10 of it to buy the raffle tix for the puck) The $40 was not a Kings fan's money, I don't think, because we got to the parking super early and there were no other cars around.

Turc isn't a better hockey player, but he has a higher hockey IQ and strong fundamentals across the board. He also seems to be very good at getting under opposing player's skin. He's also fearless (potentially to his own detriment).

Byfield is turning it around, though, but shooting more, playing more aggressive and has been on the winning end in the faceoff circle the last two games. As you said, lining him up with north/south players has made a big difference (many of us have been asking for this to happen for quite some time) and he still needs to both learn to better utilize his size and better read the game.

Both Byfield and Turc have a lot of hustle and watching them from ice level last night I can say they future looks bright for both of them.

Forgive me for not elaborating, but that’s precisely what I meant when I said he’s a better hockey player.
He’s just not as fast or as big as QB, but he plays the game better. If Byfield was doing exactly the same things on ice as Turcotte, he would be a hell of a hockey player.
