I still have high hopes for Byfield, but I thought Turcotte between Laff & Moore looked more effective last game. Was hoping to see them together again tonight.

At the end there as she walked by the TV my wife wondered why the Kings fans weren't chanting GKG...but something else... "Allez, allez ,allez..."
 
I'm both very frustrated that we lost and also quietly encouraged that we could get a great draft pick in the lottery.
I wish Kopi would have scored more. That line had so many chances. I fear the highlight of our season will be him passing Dionne.

Not an overreaction. It’s time to set a new(old) precedent. The age of ultra accountability is upon us(once again). To be clear, I’ve been one of Trevor‘s biggest supporters from the start of the season, even though he’s been quite a letdown this year. He plays a game similar to Justin Williams did, and I love his motor, but we need better from him(and everyone else, top to bottom). This would be more of a message to the entire team. One game from the stands, then come back into the lineup with twice the fire. That goes for everyone who fails to produce, or makes a mistake. Next man up!
 
Not blaming this loss on one or two players. Players need to step up when a bad call happens. The Kings didn't and it was tied. Montreal is a better team, that is why the Kings lost. Montreal plays hard and made the plays when they needed to. They are relentless and if you are an opposing team you better not have a lapse in play because they will capitalize.

Kopitar passing Dionne should be the goal now. And please celebrate him during the last home game of the season. He has done a lot for this Kings organization.

Completely had to miss the game as yesterday was confirmation for lil miss jammer and we had a full schedule. We did make it back in time to watch the F1 race though so at least we had that going for us. Sounds like not only was the game entertaining, it was nostalgic as well bringing back that blown lead feeling for all. The photo of everyone in the net was quite the spectacle. I'll be inclined to blame the HNIC effect for that late call, but you still got to get it done on the ice when the worlds against you.

I wasn't sure who was going to be playing in the game so didn't list everyone

It was Panarin, Ward, Wright, & Laughton (plus Danault who did not score)
