I've generally stayed out of the talk complaining about Faust, trying to give him every benefit of the doubt for having to step in and replace an actual Hall of fame legend, but I can't count how many times I pushed mute tonight when he was waxing on some super Jinxy, exactly what you don't want to hear tangent in a super competitive checking game. For the life of me I'll never understand how Nick Nickson isn't in that booth. The radio broadcast is so classic, traditional and measured. It's light years better than the TV crew, and I generally love and appreciate Fox.

100% agree. There are times when I have to work late or need to run an errand and turn on the radio broadcast because I can't watch the game. The radio coverage is so superior to Faust's coverage that it isn't even funny. Like you said, it is a classic, traditional and measured broadcast. If the Kings are playing well, they acknowledge it. If the Kings are playing poorly, they acknowledge that too. It is actual hockey play-by-play. The TV broadcast is a bunch of cheerleader homers hyping all the players and telling us which player's dad was the best at Karaoke during the dads trip.
