This is the NHL you can’t run it like a family bowling league where grandpa gets to bowl first. Luc and Rob are not going to find a coach that’s gonna tell Kopi and Doughty their minutes are gonna be limited. The entire staff of the organization is made up of people from the two cup years 12 years ago and still seemed to think that’s the formula for success. IMO they have talent on his team. I don’t see a rebuild being necessary, but the so-called leaders of his team are done. A coach needs to be brought in from outside this organization with a new fresh approach to optimize the players that are available.
