Well, the only good news for the Kings is that they clinched a playoff spot after beating Deadmonton and having Calgary lose their latest game, so any loss for the last remaining games of this month isn't going to matter for their playoff chances. The bad news is that, with Jeannot out for weeks, the Kings could have a difficult time getting past the first round against whatever opponent they're going to draw in the WC playoffs (if it's Colorado or St. Louis, prepare to shudder).
 
2nd period ends. Seattle still leads by one but Kuemper was real big in the period by making two huge saves, including one with his stick. However, the Kings really need to bounce back in the 3rd period as they must fight off the absences of DD, Edmundson, Turc, and Jeannot.
 
Just tuning in now, based on the score good to see the classic Kings are playing tonight. Come on Kings, have to play in the 3rd! GO KINGS GO!!!!
 
Without #6 and #8, the defense is mediocre at best. Hate seeing both Burroughs and Mo in the lineup this late in the season.
 
QB and Fiala our best players tonight... well except for that man in net. Darcy may be playing his very best game as a King tonight. He's been unbelievable.

Moverare may be sub-par but Burroughs is even worse no matter who he's paired with. Keeping Burroughs and not Englund is one mistake that's going to haunt Blake come playoff time.
 
This is becoming bad juju for the Kings tonight: first Turc and Jeannot, now DD and Edmundson, and most recently Juice just now.
