The Soilers are finally eliminated from the 1st round by the Quacks. Such a damn shame it had to be the Quacks to finish the job instead of the Kings. Well, now it's back to rooting against the Quacks. I'll be pulling for Minnesota in the WC playoffs now that they've eliminated Dallas.

Love seeing McPrincess and Crysaitl suffer. That collection of misfits deserve their exit. As much as I disdain Anaheim, I really hate Deadmonton.

Controversies aside, I was praying the Kings would hire Quenneville.

He's a great coach.

I wanted the Kings to hire Q back in 2008. Instead he went to the Blackhawks. The only reason I'm not a Ducks fan yet is Heyward. That may change since there aren't any players on the team I hate and I live within a long walk from their practice facility. Do I want to wait another 7-8 years before the Kings make it back to the playoffs--that is if they start the rebuild immediately and start drafting better?

I potentially could be making a few enemies here tonight, but I enjoyed watching the Anaheim Ducks beat the Edmonton Oilers tonight more than any other non-LA Kings hockey game in the NHL since I've been watching the sport.

Just thinking about all those smug morons up there in Edmonton sh*tting their pants and having having the worst night of their life... well let's just say I'm sporting a Kings-sized chubby!
