The Star Wars thread

Yes, that is the exact correct order. Maybe watch the Darth Maul fight in there, since it is as awesome as the rest isn't.

It says that if you want to watch Phantom Menace (why?), you should watch it as a stand alone feature, similar to the Clone Wars cartoons. BTW, the fact that such a cool character like Darth Maul is killed off & forgotten in the 1st film while Jar-Jar continues on says all you need to know about Phantom Menace.

So impressed with the poster. Will Disney sell official ones or make us pay scalpers and eBay thieves?

But Darth Maul isn't dead in the new SW universe : ) But agree, was a bit of a letdown to kill off the best bad guy of the prequel trilogy in Ep I.

I think pretty much every SW movie poster has been available...I think I actually picked up the Ep I-III posters at Walmart years ago. My guess is that this one will be readily available as well.

I'm gonna be there. Anyone else?

There is a part of me that would love to as SW is my all time favorite franchise as the multiple versions on DVD, Blu Ray, Laserdisc, VHS and more than 200 books and comics in my collection would attest to...but I don't think I can sit in any theater for 15 or so hours. I say no now but if I was ever going to do something like this, Star Wars would be the only reason.

I did it for Avengers and Age of Ultron. It's a fun thing because, if nothing else, you're there with a bunch of fans of the franchise. They give you breaks and things too so it's not like you're sitting down the whole time. It's a grind for sure, but it's a fun one. Better than sitting for 9 hours at a desk during the day. :)
